I am a PhD in Psychology. Registered member of American Psychological Association (APA) and Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). As a therapist I strongly believe that all of us has an ability to recover, rejuvenate and live a happy, fulfilling life. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, NeuroLinguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, Transactional Analysis. I actually use the combination of these therapies as per the requirements of each individual. I work in collaboration with my clients and help them heal holistically and achieve their goals. I work with individuals from age 8 to 75 years. I also do marital counselling and family counselling.
